2nd test drive today
Ready to order: 640 ix vert Deep Sea Blue M Sport Black roof / leather Cold weather Driver Assist Plus 19 s with the runcraps HERE'S the QUESTION Was set on " fine line oak" for a black/brown clubby interior look Salesman trying to convince me to go "Grey Poplar" Thoughts, please. Thanks |

In anything other than direct sunlight you really won't see a big difference in the color anyway. Both are relatively dark. I think the big difference is the grain of the veneer. The Poplar seems more "round" and the Oak seems more like "wavy lines". Get whatever you want.

The only wood veneer I liked was American Oak, obviously its all subjective, but you may want to check it out. With Ivory white everyone has loved it.

I considered same question on interior trim when I ordered my car. Dealer didn't have anything in stock with the Fineline to see in person so I opted for the Grey Poplar. When I took delivery they did have another car come in with the Fineline and I have to say it looked great. Just my opinion, but I thought it had a richer, more upscale look to it. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with the Grey Poplar on black interior in my car, but if I had to do it over would probably chose differently.

Just pulled trigger Ordered for Jan build and Feb delivery As above with "fine line oak" Now just have to wait And wait And wait! |
