Maybe someone that works for Bmw could check something for me ?

Hello,
It's been a while since I've posted here.
I hope this thread is not violating any forum policy, anyway
I'm currently in the market for a BMW! 6, 6GC, Or X5 and I found one 6gc really interesting, the carfax says that the car was sold CPO in 2016 and I would like to know if the CPO follow the car or only the owner?
Also I would really appreciate if a kind BMW employee could check if the car had some repair/maintenance done at the dealer.
I would really really appreciate your help.

PS: Sorry for my English.

The CPO would only stay with the car if a BMW dealer is selling the car.

Isn't a private party to private party sale a way that allows it to transfer as well (OK, I actually know it is). I think it is lost only if a non-BMW dealer is involved... and the OP didn't mention who the seller was..

You are correct. I should have mentioned that. I got kind of lazy thinking about my answer.

Sorry for the lack of details. so the car was sold at an auction and it's currently at a small dealer.
