Advice on M6 comp edition purchase

My local dealer has an M6 competition edition that I have been looking at. They have offered me the car for 152,000 which is 15k off the sticker. The lease worked out to 1,897 per mo for 3 years, 10k miles, taxes up front . It's $8,896 out of pocket which includes tax, fees, and first payment.
The salesman said that at $152,000 he is at dealer invoice. My question is how much lower do you think they could go with the price. 6 series sales are down 60% this year and every dealer within a 50 mile radius has a comp edition sitting on their lot. Any advice appreciated.

Have you looked at how much it would cost to spec a normal m6 with all the m perf upgrades? I think that would make more sense imo and you can get an even better deal?
