Apple carplay through Bimmertech

I have purchased the unit they sell the newest one called prime.

It functions ok but the wifi doesnt work and the antenna is cheap and literally broke in my hand when i contacted them for a replacement they do not reply and when i did recieve a reply he wanted 100 dollars for a part that looks like it cost 1 dollar to make even though i told them about it the day i receieved it. I thought buying from a reputable company that they would take care of people who spend double for a product thats out there that costs half as much and does the same...

It connects wirelessly with my girlfriends iphone x no problem but with my iphone xs max it does not connect wirelessly no matter what..

I am dissapointed i did not just spend half the money on a unit from alibaba.com for half the price especially when they offer the same support which is
nothing at all so buy from them at your own risk

Wireless CarPlay is a huge gamble by any vendor.
Had wired, put wireless and put wired back in!
