How much difference in sound did the downpipe change inside and outside the car? Different tone/louder/noticable/pops?

Any other difference performance wise?

Did your stock charge pipe break or was it preventively changed?
I have never seen a stock charge pipe break on tuned N55 on F platforms

Eh? Charge pipes are basically consumables on N55s, even stock, especially in higher altitude locations.

Typo, I meant I haven't really seen any N55 535i/640i/740i with cracked charged pipes, N55 135i/335i on the other hand..

well i have xpipe, er catless DP m5 exhaust and BM3 Stg. 2.
Sound is insane. Burbles is def. noticable.
