Wheel Spacers recomendations

I see various comments online, including 10mm all around and 12mm up front and 10 or 15mm in back.

Thoughts? Pictures?

Running BMW Factory Style 343 on standard sized tires

I went 12 mm(H&R) all around after I dropped my car 1.5" on H&R springs.

Zero issues. Zero Rubbing. I removed when I mounted my new wheels.
