BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe Visualizer Comes Online
BIMMERPOST NEWS BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe Visualizer Comes Online The stunning BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe was revealed this weekend [official info/details/media]. Added as a new 4-door, 4+1 seat addition to the 6 Series model line, the Gran Coupe has set its sights squarely on the other luxury 'coupe' sedans from Audi (A7) and Mercees (CLS). The BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe will be offered in three models in the USA. The TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder powered 2013 BMW 640i Gran Coupe is the initial model and arrives early this summer. Later in the summer, the TwinPower Turbo V-8 powered 2013 BMW 650i Gran Coupe and the all-wheel drive 2013 BMW 650i xDrive Gran Coupe will join the range. Sporting a length of 197 inches (5,007 mm) and wheelbase of 116.8 inches (2,968 mm), the Gran Coupe is 4.4 inches (111 mm) longer than its 2-door coupe sibling. A significant part of this extra length has been used to enhance seating comfort for the rear passengers. The BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe is also 74.6 inches (1,894 mm) wide and stands 54.8 inches (1,392 mm) in height. For comparison purposes, the Gran Coupe is 4.0 inches (102mm) longer, 1.3 inches (34mm) wider and 2.8 inches (72mm) lower than the BMW 550i. For potential Gran Coupe owners, dreamers, or tire kickers, this Gran Coupe visualizer has come online at BMW.de. Please note however, that the colors and wheels options do not necessarily correspond with those available in the US. For US colors and options, refer to the Gran Coupe order sheet that was made available recently. Add screenshots of your dream 6 Series Gran Coupe below |

Does anyone know if it is going to get the Tanzanite Blue paint like on the coupe and convertible. That would look goo with a two-tone Opel White and Black interior.

Anyone seen or has real life pics of Tanzanite Blue? Looks good in the 6-series brochure on bmwusa.com. Its shown as offered color in the brochure but is not in "Build your own" configurator on bmwusa.com.
EDIT: found them http://www.6post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=495046 From the brochure: Quote:

Its an individual color, so you have to buy an indi composition to get it which the BYO probably cant handle. If you go to the bmw.com global site, you can play with all combos if you want to see it...
