Boosting Issues F12 M6 Coupe

Hey Guys i recently had Catless Downpipes installed on my car, after the install i noticed the car felt a loss of power and wasn't boosting more than 6 lbs in 2nd gear and 3rd gear got too 13-14 and wouldn't move past that. Before i installed the DP the car was pulling pretty strong, I thought with it not being tuned the ECU has it in a safe mode of some sort, so i got the car tuned a day later and was still having the same issue the tuner checked for codes but the only code the car is throwing is for the cats. so right now its back on the Factory ECU settings and still having the same issue.
I took it to 2 shops searching for any boost leak or something around the turbos maybe O2 Sensor incorrect DP install but nothing is showing any reason for the car to be like this. On top of that i drove it running three cycles and erasing codes but the only code that is coming up is for the cats and i can't figure out what is causing it. Has anyone ever have this issues or can give me some other places to look at to find the problem.
I was also thinking of putting the stock downpipes on but i don't see how changing them would cause a loss of boost pressure when everything is on correctly.

after the DP delete which is essentially removing your primary cats the ecu would have to be programmed.

did you notice this loss of boost immediately after you installed the down pipes? if so then then it could be a faulty piece, perhaps a leak from a bad gasket?

Check for codes
Worst case remove and place stockers and go to dealer

Hmm, sounds odd but.. Normally if you get a CEL for no cats it won't hurt performance (cat efficiency).
But, when you install downpipes you need to remove these:

If you damage it sometimes it can cause some boost issues.. Also, check if you hurt a vacuum hose maybe?
Let's see the codes, that helps !

Once i left the shop i did but i thought maybe the car is going into limp mode or something cause of the DP so i didn't think it would be an issue after the tune but the stock DP are going on today if the problem is still there taking it to BMW.

Why do those need to be removed? first time hearing that. I had a shop check all the boost lines and nothing is showing any leak from the inlet pipes, vacuum lines, wastegates, everything and the car throws no codes for the loss of boost so having the stock DP installed today and if the problem is still there than taking it to BMW spent way too much in trying to find the problem i have BMW warranty might as well drop it to them.

Yeah putting the Stock DP today if it doesn't fix the problem than I'm dropping it off to BMW.

I picked up the car from BMW yesterday they said my P3 Gauge was causing the problem being connected into my ODBII which i didn't understand so when i picked up the car and went down the street in 2nd gear i mashed the throttle the car boosts for a second and than completely cuts off the power i can't even explain what the car is doing so I'm dropping it back to BMW to see what the issue can be but stock DP are on stock tune intakes everything but still car is now cutting off power no CEL no Codes idle and revs fine.
