turner exhaust for M6
Gents,
I'm going to give this a try. I already had the resonators deleted and I scoff somewhat at the price of exhausts for our cars. This appears to be a straight pipe setup. I hope it's not too loud. http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-18...ming-soon.aspx What do ya'll think. Save a few thousand and use it to add downpipes and a tune instead of 5 or 6k just for exhaust. |

Nor do I, it seems just because it's a 120K plus car you get to be overcharged for any mod parts that cost half as much for anything else to a degree.
I'll report next month when they send it and record a video with sound. Anyone ever do straight pipes? |

Idk Im Probably doing the meisterschaft full turbo back...ill be OTD for 5k. Nice little boost of almost 30hp, IDK what the point of a tune on this car is for me personally, this thing is plenty fast, only thing that bothers me is my 335 is louder than my new baby LOL cant let that be.

The RPI system appears to be a straight pipe setup as well? Am I correct on this? If so, why not just go to a custom exhaust shop and have them build out a straight pipe? The shop that removed my resonators can do it. Am I missing something here?
Also, I would think straight pipes yield the best horsepower gains as their is little to no restriction in the system. Please advise, thank you. |

The turner system is just a muffler delete..the Meisterschaft deletes the resonators and cats too. which would be as least restrictive as possible.
You could easily get something like it custom made at a good exhaust shop, but that requires lots of fitting and timely stuff. I prefer the route of ready to order. I know the Akra is out, and Eisenman is just not as impressive as Meisterschaft is to me, but I would like to hear what this thing sounds like with no mufflers. |
