Frontal Collision Warning Inactive

Hello all, I'm having a strange issue with my frontal collision warning & active cruise control. It says "inactive" at startup and neither system works. No codes are stored in the computer either.

My car's front bumper was recently repaired after hitting debris on the highway. Right after the accident, the active cruise control wasn't working. I noticed there was a frayed wire behind the left grille. When I moved it around, the active cruise control worked perfectly fine afterwards.

Fast forward to after the bumper was repaired, the cruise control system was working fine until a week later. It was behaving kinda "wonky" and then completely became inactive, and has remained so ever since.

Any ideas? Would I need a new sensor?
