LED Headlamps

Anyone know the price for the headlamps? I found a 650 loaded, but doesn't have the LED headlamps... I would like to know the cost... A friend can give me a BMW employee discount..

Somewhere around $1700 each at the parts counter or on-line BMW OEM parts distributor. But I am not sure it's a one-to-one swap. BMW's body programming and electronics are finicky to say the least.

my question is... I know the tech at BMW and I know he can connect it to the computer and etc... but is it posible to install them?

As you know the tech and he can connect to the computer, would it be more prudent to ask him direct?

Evidently, it can be done. In the UK it is offered as an official accessory.

it can be done you just need to reprogram your 6 series. if dealer performs work on your car they will need to reprogram your 6 series all the time as far as i was told.
