Ok cool so you got 10mpg thats great if your ripping that beast apart but what i meant to say was has anyone got 16 to 17mpg at least with normal urban driving..and wait before you say why did you buy an m car if you care soo much about mpg..well m4 sounds like a diesel engine with a hyena stuck in it and the claims of 19 to 20 mpg combined i see for the m6, i just wanna know if anyone got anything close to that..

With a 6MT I'm getting 22 on the highway even when I beast it, which i'm really impressed by. Only got about 20 in my 750i which was of course auto trans, heavier, but with 120 less hp. Prob 12-13 city (tons of lights and stop signs out here) with late shifts because I like to terrorize the pedestrians with my revs. Manual trans is supposedly 2mpg over auto but i can't imagine my numbers are conservative because my shifting isn't conservative, so maybe you'll see somewhere around the same with a DCT

My M6 and my mummys Bentley GT Cont
Loving the car and guess what I was experimenting with it, achieving 21mg and as jeremy clarkson said, he managed to get more fuel economy out of a BMW M3 v8 in comparison to a toyota hybrid with only 1 gallon in each tank check the link towards the end..
Conclusion enjoy your weekend drives like an M car and drive sensible during the week days...cruise it and the end of the day it is a grand tourer.. Pretty cool video, check it!:: |

The gas in Mexico City must suck or something, cause I'm only getting 20 on mine! And I don't drive it like a mad man
