New M6 GC
Well I picked it up on Friday night, I have driven 89 miles and average 13.9 mpg
I absolutely love it, I made the right choice. I do, however wish it was a little bit louder, could do with more bark |

Congratulations and welcome!
I've filled up 3 times in the last 10 days (for my US friends thats around $450 worth of fuel) as it's been dry for a change so I can finally open her up a bit :-) Fun fun fun!!! Richard - recoding happens next Monday so will let you know about the lights. |

I've put in £316.15 (about $530) worth of petrol in the last 7 days, and it's nearly empty again! That's taken me about 1350 miles.
Is the coding happening via remote desktop or are you being talked through it? |

I hover between 10-13 mpg. I mix 1 part 100 octane to 2 parts 91 octane(highest octane avail in Cali)...Since starting the mix my MPG seem to have improved by 1-2 mpg, not that that makes up for the double priced 100 octane
Beautiful CAR!!

maccer - is that you in the photo? The one with their tongue stuck out? Sure looks like you buddy
Richard / Hargreaves - what is this coding (of the lights?) you talk about? Theres a few things I'd like to code on mine, just don't have the balls to do it as id probably render the car immovable |

There is a company that says they can code the active high beam assist on our cars, may need some other options, like lane departure warning to work.

Really - I assume you mean adaptive high beam assist? If so, thats brilliant - I asked my dealer about it as it has to be possible with the LED headlights (if you have speed limit display, you should in theory have the required camera for this to work). They kept saying it couldn't be done as the headlights needed these movable plates - this indicates they really didn't know what they were talking about as you likely wouldn't need these with LED's.
Interesting somebody can code this given no 6 series has the option (yet) so please keep me updated on this as I'd also like it coded if possible? |

The Dog is an Italian Mastiff, Cane Corso. Palmnuts, They say dogs look like their owners.......or vice versa I think this has adaptive high beam assist on it, it has the touch i control. I actually been getting 21mpg, as been on motorway quite a bit. Regarding the exhaust upgrade I am tempted but it is very expensive in the UK. |

I don't know which gallon you are refering to but maccar is talking about UK gallon I guess which is 4.54 litter while the US gallon is 3.78 litter. I usually get 13 mpg (US gallon) so your car with the mods you have may have lower mpg.
