Dome Lights

Does anybody know how to remove the dome lights up front and the lights that shine in the back? I've used a trim tool and popped it mostly off, but having a hard time actually removing it and I have no idea how to tackle the back lights. Trying to change to LED's.

I just changed the front (only) dome lights to LED on my 2013 F13. The ECS Tuning instructions were very helpful. Even though they are for an F10, the parts are the same. Once you get the rear of the dome assembly popped off, go for the front left clip. then the right side clip after removing the black trim piece. Then the left side clip. If you shine a flashlight into the holes under the trim piece, you can see the clips. It took me about 45 minutes to get the assembly off. Go real slow, and you won't crack anything.
