OEM BMW Genuine rear diffuser. This has come off of my M6 and is in perfect condition. No scratches in the carbon fiber and has been ceramic coated when car was detailed. The only marks you will see are around the screw holes that you will obviously not see. Most importantly none of the mounting clips are broken or damaged in any way so fitmet will be perfect. This literally takes minutes to install.i am working on pics but only have iPad so have to find a way to resize them to upload. I will be happy to email or text pics until, hope to have them up tonight.The item is available for local Miami pickup or I can ship Conus. If you have any questions feel to message me

I am not sure if it would but my guess from looking at the 2 rear ends is I doubt it. Best is to ask BMW directly.
