High octane fuel

How many of you are using high octane fuel, such as Shell V-power nitro and have you really noticed a difference

You should use tesco 99 and optimax 99 as standard in these cars . You should not use standard unleaded .

I have tried them all over the 7.5K miles, my car runs best on Shell 95 i get best MPG just and the car likes it.
The Car hates "V Power" and runs rough on it.
Next best fuel is Esso 97 seems good for the car when I can get it, TESCO 99 is hit and miss, some tanks ok others Shite.

BMW for S63tu recommends RON 95-98 which is equal to minimum AKI 91 in US since AKI= (MON+RON)/2
I guess in Europe gasoline is labeled with RON, but here is AKI

Never used anything other than V-Power. Runs fine on it as far as I can tell, maybe the ECU does not like changing the octane rating?
