ok so I came into this thread excited to see that other members have tattoos and wow was I disappointed....

I recently got one done and I spent a year sitting on the design before I got it done:

And the tinder aspect of this convo is done. Sara ultimately decided I'm not her type.

It's really not that bad. The worst was probably that soft section of skin on the under part of my arm, but I still don't think that hurt too bad.

I guess it depends on your pain threshold/tolerance though.

I guess it depends on your pain threshold/tolerance though.

From my experience the worst pain is the places where there's bone right under the skin without much meat, like the rib cage.

Despite being allergic to needles even though I am insulin-dependent, my tattoo session was anything but painful.

The guy who did mine wouldn't do people who had been drinking. Not because they might regret the decision, they bleed too much.

Here's a true story going back 25 years, was at the parlor waiting for her to free up for some touch ups, young and very attractive girl walks in wants a butterfly on the front of her neck, the artist that owned the shop made her sit there with the butterfly drawn in ink on her neck in front of a mirror for like 20 minutes staring at it. She changed her mind. Most artist's in the long haul are pretty socially conscious about what they are doing.

I'm not sure she found out or cared as he posted the same stuff on Charger/Challenger forums. Me thinks he was just trying to get his money's worth for what he paid for them since he was so proud to add that tidbit as well.
