Custom built ISS FORGED RW-10 (SPEC- B) 3 piece wheels, chrome lip, chrome hardware and brushed center with gray clear coat. 21x9.5 +22 front and 21x11 +40 rear. Tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sport all season, 255/35/ 21 front and 295/ 35/21 rear, 80% tread left. Tires are mounted with BMW OEM TPMS. Originally paid 8k for the set without tires. I appreciate the offer but I'll have to decline. These are custom wheels, typically 8-10k new.

Those tires sizes are a typo? 35 profile on 21" should look quite taller. You sure they aren't 30 profiles?
