yep, I've been tracking pricing for about a year now. Car depreciates about $1k a month. This month, car is auctioning at $57k (25k mile average). Cars retailing at $60k moves within a week, with most clearing no higher than $64.5, anything in the upper range is taking over 30 days to clear. Just not enough demand out there and there are a ton of supply coming online with leases for early '14 deliveries coming in every month. Today I'm seeing late 2013 deliveries for sale.

that's higher than average. But it appears your car is in great condition, and obviously below average mileage of the MY.
