2006 650i Bluetooth

Hey Folks;

I have a 2006 650i convertible and would like to know if there are any software updates available for the iDrive system.

I really wish I had Bluetooth audio capability (play my iPhone / iPod music).

I recently had a 2011 328i rental while my 650 was in for maintenance, and also like the "office" feature of the newer iDrive.

What other ways can I hook up my iPhone to my 6?
