Rear heated seats stop working in M6 GC

I've only used the rear heated seats once before (worked that time) and someone was in the back of my car and they tried using it and no heated seats. I only know of the fuse panel in the trunk and checked the ones related to it but they all seemed fine. I'll probably never use the rear heated seats but it's going to bug me knowing that they don't work. There's one more fuse #3X but idk where that panel is.
