I think fisher will help with that, but if miami's big 3 play like the can they will be winning it all this year.

what makes you think they'll play different just curious. you need some kind of momentum rolling into the post season apparently they can't just switch it on. the heat have been losing to all of the elite teams since the all star break (lakers,bulls,okc, and i guess celtics). both you and i know they want to win these big games its a way to measure themselves at where they stand.

If they wanted to win these games they would be playing harder than they are.

Miami wins games by there defnese, when the effort is low there defnese is affected first and these are the results we see...

Miami is also the best home team in the league having only lost 2 at home all season.

I think they will turn it on in the playoffs mostly from an effort standpoint, and when they do that the defnese will kick into high gear just like it did last year.

Also, losing to the celtics is kind of a blessing in disguise. We now have a better chance facing philly in the first round who we totally own(won 15 of last 16 vs them) and celtics would get the 4th seed facing bulls in the 2nd round. If the celtics are going to play like they were today(specifically rondo) then i think they can take the bulls to 7 games and maybe even beat the bulls.

The only way i will be concerned is if i see this lack of effort in the playoffs which i doubt.

If we beat philly on tuesday and the thunder on wednesday all will be back to normal...

Its obvious miami is sleepwalking till the playoffs, championships aren't won or lost in march/april

i agree with you with most of what you said besides the sleepwalking statement. No dominate team just lets other teams blow them out regardless if its a regular season game. If their just sleepwalking then why were they playing so hard in the start of the season? doesn't make sense to me at least, again i wanna see lebron win it all but it makes it really hard to see them winning when they play like this.

They were trying a new type of offense, which was extremely high tempo, considering how crazy this schedule has been and how condensed it is that style of play was just not possible. But a lot of guys were playing above average pre all star break, miller was playing good, rio was awesome, and the rest of the league was still trying to get there legs under them.

We have only been blown out twice, that okc game, they were making everything and okc is firing on all cylinders right now

Today, boston has been the best team since the all star break and are playing awesome. Rondo killed us like he always does and boston really played awesome. But 0 assists for bron? 2nd time that have ever happened...bosh shooting 2-10...miami is in a slump right now, no doubt about that.

Also, we are pretty much locked into th 2nd seed while boston is fighting tooth and nail to make the playoffs and not have to face miami or bulls in round 1.

They will be fine. As long as miami increases there effort the defnese will improve and once there defense improves everything should be fine imo

Crazy part is miami is the #1 home team only losing 2 times so far at home. we play 10 of the next 13 at home so i expect some better bb
