Plus ya didn't have to put out a fire so that is good. Can you get the pcv by itself or do yu have to buy the entire cover?

Since the engine must be removed, what parts should I replace?

So far valve stems seals, Rod bearings, both intake manifolds

Honestly, I'd be giving a call to Raza. These things are his passion and he will point ya in the right direction. Depending on your goals there are a number of items to be considered. He also makes a billet intake that would be a wise choice.

Given your code of Air Volume 2, was the intake manifold issue on bank 2?

hi,
i had the same issue before I rebuild the engine and I've changed everything ( vacuum lines, pcv,ccv system the hoses over the valve cover and the ones under the valve cover, 4 new Vanos solenoids, 8 brand new injectors, 2 air mass sensors, 2 intercooler sensors, 2 intake manifold sensors, and I checked the 2 intake manifolds for any leaks while the engine was out and there was no leaks at all, but i found out something weird, when I unplug the fuel tank ventilation valve located on bank 2 the engine works with no issue and the code doesn't get back until I plug it again. and I still don't know the issue..
please help..

i have a 650i GC 2013 with n63b4401 engine.
