If you believe for one second that all these spy photos are not leaked by BMW themselves, I have a bridge I can sell you. Try using a camera inside any BMW factory, good luck with that one. Car looks beautiful by the way, ClS AMG has some competition.

Looks incredible! At first the 6 GC was meh, although when seen upclose, saw one of the first ones at the Sebring 12hr in Fl. It is striking in design and has an amazing 'cockpit'. Something that has been sort of missing in BMW's as of late...

I really look forward to this one... might be a great stable mate for the Stroker.

I am very curious to see what this does to the sales of the M5. I understand the compete externally against different models but internally I don't see the reason why one would buy an M5 over an M6gc, if its a price thing... What's another 10% at that bracket?

I don't think that model will be selling well in Europe, but perhaps in Asian an NA (?) markets.

The GC has to be seen and driven to really be appreciated. It's a very different feel from the F10 and the cocpit is just that much nicer than the F10s.

GC is not that special on photos, but looks amazing in the flesh!

It will hit dealership floors in the Fall of next year. But first it will debut at an Autoshow - either 2013 Detroit show in January or at the 2013 Geneva show in March.

The facility looks very much like the one where first FEP production cars are prepared and also first cars for media shoots prior to launch.
The M6 Gran Coupe media launch work should be commencing any day now.

To answer why there is an M6 Gran Coupe is to understand progress.

And the M6 Gran Coupe is the ultimate expression of progress that has affected M and widened its customer base from a global perspective. And that is to have the ultimate expression of current M values - Performance , Precision, style and of course the catalyst for M's success - status.

Customers want the best of the best and especially in upwards-rising driving M markets such as China , Russia , Brazil and the Middle-East is where these cars thrive and why competition like the Panamera Turbo and CLS AMG exist and of course BMW X5M and X6M because customers want the highest status in this segment.

The M6 Gran Coupe does not just show individuality in apperance or high-end wheels. There is some other changes.
