In your situation, I guess the Cayenne GTS.

I was going to get this while shopping for my car 6 months ago but my dealer told me there was a min. 6 months wait for the vehicle (earliest delivery would be around late Dec 2012) and instead of waiting, I elected to go with M5 instead which I've been enjoying since Sep.

The x5 m is nice and fast

I don't like the new Cayennes- I think they look too nondescript, like a Toureg or a Mazda something or other. Loved my wife's old 2009 6-speed.

I've never liked the X6.

I do like the new Range Rovers with the Evoque-type styling.

Get the X6M as it just got a a facelift and the next X6M is at least 3 years away from now.

I'd go for the X6 M. Not sure how they truly compare on the track, but I drove the X6 M at the PC and it was amazing. I've always liked the X6's styling and rareness on the road. The next X6 will be a year after the new X5 and it's still over a year out.

Congrats on the X6! Can't wait to see some pics!! I probably would've gone with the Cayenne though. They just redesigned the Cayenne so there won't be any major body changes for a while.

I love the new Range Rover but I wouldn't buy it because it's a luxury SUV which isn't my cup of tea which is why I will never buy a 7 series.
