Lost control today

I gassed the car on m1 full power today and I fishtailed and struggled for control for awhile. Felt like I was driving in snow and slipped. I was caught by surprise because i wasn't driving more aggressive than normal.

Is this because the car sat for the recall 2 weeks and the tires weren't 100%?

Or maybe the power is more after the 1200 maintenance?

I'm just gonna be more careful now I almost crashed...

Could be partly the tires. Really no added power after 1200, just more to play with. What do you have programed into your M1 setting? All the electronic helpers (DSC) off? Probably not advisable on the street.

yup i have m1 for most aggressive and m2 moderate. i will not drive without dsc off for awhile after that close call. i just never realized how much power it had before .its like it opened up after that rest period.
