Need advice on tires for Gran Coupe

Have the 245/40R19 Goodyear LS2 run flat grand touring tire that came stock on vehicle. Have the car 2 months and the ride is harsh and formed one bubble on side wall already. Was thinking of switching to NON run-flats. Goodyear has a 245/45R18 LS2 non run-flat version of this tire but because the sidewall aspect ratio is 45 instead of 40 the ride height is different. Does anyone think this would be a problem. I AM NOT concerned about performance. Thanks.

there are few tires that exact specs as our stockers in non-rf form.

on the 19 with a little more sidewall I don't know what that would do to looks, but it would provide a nicer ride. using different height in tires will make your speedo show wrong if you care
