2012 M6 Flashes Production Bumper
Featured on BIMMERPOST HOMEPAGE.
The 2012 M6 has now been spotted with its production bumper for the first time. Spotted at the Nurburgring, this M6 prototype wears its M bumper, as well as showing its LED lights in action. We believe that the shape of the bumper camouflage may be intentionally deceiving and that the bumper fins will slant outwards just as seen on the M5 prototype. Be sure to follow our complete 6-series Coverage and M6 Coverage

This car will be revolutionary. I hope they dont kill the front end by making the grill too big (aka 7 series)

Maybe they just want to avoid using a seatbelt extender arm like the E92 does? I know this car is only a test mule, but it has a defined B pillar. It also looks like the roof has panels like it is retractable, so who knows.

It better be crazy because I heard Porsche is about to release a competing product soon and with the damage the Panamera is doing BMW better start making the real stuff.

But theres clearly a b-pillar in that car. Sometimes coupes have that seatbelt setup for convenience. Its not like the 6 is a small coupe, that door is way back and reaching the seatbelt can be hard for a lot of people.

I disagree with that, the current 6 has been around awhile but I still think that the design looks good and pretty current. As far as the M version goes I think the car is extremely beastly and will be a little sad to see that high reving V10 go.

I'll disagree too. The 6 Series and the E86 Z4MC are IMO the best-looking design BMW had/have.
