ECU unit number
Hi, I am trying to find out information about which ECU is on my 2012 640d, I want to do stage 1 remap and when I contact companies to do it I get the same answer that Is 2012 was a transitional year between the two ECU's.
Apparently one is a nightmare to do and the other is not too bad accompanied by whistling and sharp intake of breath by the mapping guy. I was told the windscreen wipers have to come off and other parts. I have contacted BMW and am not getting any answers btw. All I know is it is a bosch part so any help would be great
