After the screws and clips are removed and you are looking inside the bumper: Start with the top clips, then the sides, and lastly the bottom. Took me about 30 min. If i had to do it again, id say 10-15 minutes now that the fear is gone and I know what to do.
Just yanking on the grilles or using a hose removal tool will not work on our cars unfortunately.

My friend did his 5 series by just pulling the grille with his bare hands. You just have to do a really fast-strong pull and they come off.
