So wait, if a person opts for the all-season tires deciding later to change them, they are stuck with the "non-removable" 130 factory set limit? This would have to be able to be coded otherwise after the fact I'm assuming? And that would really stink if they made any other alterations limiting vehicles which opted these tires to that limit.
