includes GC's. I just bought one.
It includes all trim lines. Wound up with a deal close to $7,000 under dealer invoice. Not many left on the lots, but if you find one, you're in luck.
FYI, Costco's website stays pretty current with factory to dealer incentives. I use it as a reference even though I don't use Costco.
