I pretty sure all 6ers have TPMS, regardless of point of sale. They certainly all have ABS, but the 6 does not use rotational comparison to monitor tire pressure. If your winter wheels don't have sensors, you will get an error message.
I don't have personal experience with Blizzaks as I have always avoided them. From people I know and what I've read, Blizzaks are excellent in ice and snow but give up more performance for those winter days when the ground is dry. I would rather maintain a bit more dry performance in SE Michigan as they clear the roads quickly. You need to make the call for Toronto. Tirerack is a great source for tire info with tests and user reviews on many brands of tires.
