I am sure you are not the only one annoyed by this phenomenon. However, I don't think you will escape it by choosing a different brand of vehicle. So perhaps is is best to just accept it as the price of doing business and try to enjoy the car you have. Just my thoughts.

I completely understand what you are saying. In the same breathe as my earlier rant, and as you stated, competitors would blow past BMW if they didnt make these changes. But come on..The 6er is a new born on the dealership lots and is already getting changes?? It's something that will never change, no matter how much we bitch and complain.. but perhaps just making these cars the most powerful, and the most advanced from the get go, by a larger margin then their competitors. I still have lots of love for BMW, and plan on buying another one when the time presents itself. Will it be new, so I can take a huge depreciation hit after 4 months when the "+8 hp" model comes out? no chance in hell
