Hello everyone, plz see attached photos, I belive the damage is from last owner who had sticker and did excessive cleanning. I can feel the grain/texture is wearing out and its more glossy/smooth.

Went to an interior trim shop they charge $245 to dye and make it "less noticible". anyone had similar repair? how good is the outcome?

Wondering if this is the best way to do it? It's a huge part which i dont wanna make it worse.
