I inquired about ED on an F12. My local dealer would not deal at all on the ED price - apparently they make more on a US delivered car (and will bargain). I did however get an excellent quote from an Atlanta dealer. That's doable for me, probably not so much for the OP unless there is a way to get the car delivered to CA without additional cost.
