We were using Braman Audi until they tried to sell tires to my wife that aren't close to being needed. We now use Coral Springs for the Audi although they also always try to sell extra stuff. I'm ok with selling add ons I can decline. I don't like being told maintenance-type items need replacing when they don't, while implying there is a safety concern or expecting BS when my wife takes the car in instead of me.
I bought my car out of area, but use Vista for my M4 - no issues so far with standard maintenance as car is only 2 years old. |
It is a shame that two people like us, who live within 10-20 minutes of a Braman franchise, will not buy or service with Braman. I don't blame you for using Vista and Coral Springs and we both have swapped stories about how bad Braman stores are. It's telling when Vista does a better job than Braman. Remember when Vista had a reputation that was beyond bad?
