Most of the time, I drive in Efficient/Comfort/Comfort with the lowest shift speed in D (default settings).
For some fun, I use M1 which is Sport+ suspension, Sport+ throttle response and Comfort steering (I don't like the heavy feel of anything stiffer than Comfort). Shift speed is on (S)3, and I exclusively shift manually with the paddles when in M1.
M2 is the same as M1 but with automatic shifting. However, I never really activate M2 at all. Manual is just too much fun
