I reset my TPMS three days in a row thinking it was just due to temp. change. When I finally checked it manually, they were all in the 24 to 27 psi range (normal/recommended is 38 psi). The system does reset the current pressure to become the new "normal," so resetting and looking for green wheels means nothing. Seems like a flaw with the system to me.
