Your 650i is not effected. The engine in the BMW Class Action Suit is the N63 engine found in the 650i Model Year 2012 only (also found in different BMW models). Model Year 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 for the 650i has the N63TU which is NOT included in the Class Action Suit. The customer care package for the 6 Series is ONLY Model Year 2012.
