The Bluetooth feature will not be for the owner of the car to change software levels. It's just their new tech way of programming.
The Dinan dealer who is programming the vehicle still has to do the updates.
Reason why I know, I have seen programming of F series cars with this feature.
It would be cool if it was like that. Maybe in the future but I doubt that will happen. Too much is taking place that if something failed during programming you would need assistance to bring the ECU's back online to program.
