I managed to change my grills in about 15 mins in total. Here is how to do it:

Open the hood/bonnet
remove the rubber strip that runs along the front. It just clips in place.
remove the four expanding rivets from the top of the bumper
remove six t30 hex screws and washers

This allows you to gently pull the bumper forward to gain access to the grill clips. Using a screwdriver or plastic trim tool push in the clips and lighty pull the grill forward. You can easily reach all the top clips and the clips on the upper sides.

I found the next step easier whilst wearing mechanic's gloves as the grill blades are quite thin and can hurt you fingers. Using both hands hold each side of the grill and sharply pull forward. The grill will pop out from the rest of the clips, you may find one clip will stay locked but now the grill is mostly out you can reach in an unclip it with you fingers.

Repeat the procedure on the other grill, this is much easier as you will have better access through the hole of the first grill.

The new grills simply clip in.

hope this helps
