By the way I would still contact M as you are always going to be up against the "over 70 mph" problem in the U.K. You need to be playing the "this car is dangerous at 150 mph on the autobahn " card. Plus as I keep saying this is a problem they know all about.
One other thing I won't explain because people will think it ridiculous but could you check the oil and let us know if it is correct ? If it isn't I will explain!

I am also going to be looking at prop shaft, that could be the culprit.
