To sum up the topic with the 343 M5 wheels on F13/F12/F06:
1. No rub at all
2. Looks great - perfect fit
3. You can use 245/35/20+ 275/30/20 - the factory wheels size for non-M 6 series.
4. You MUST buy tyres dedicated for BMW (with a star - approved by BMW). The reason for that is that the circumference for non-dedicatet tyres is different. If you use approved tyres the 245/35/30 has the same circumference as 275/30/20. If you use unapproved tyres there might be a 1-2cm difference.
This may cause drivetrain problems. I had some problems with some jerking on the unappoved tyres which went away after buying new approved tyres
