I changed it from 10 to 05, then it seemed to not wash the headlights atall, I have coded it back now fingers crossed it will start working again tomorrow, any ideas whats gone on there? I checked all the washer system settings and that it was set to activ they were all fine and I only amended the above thinking it would wash the headlights every 5 blips of the washers but it was not working atall then.

Hmm...I assume you tried while the headlights were on (at night) and driving? You edited the Betaetigungen and not only just changed the Werte value below correct?
