Could be, after a certain amount of time the settings will lower the fan from level 3 to level 2 on its own. Maybe via the coding it just stays on max constant? Or again like i said the coding may be upping the fan speed and keeping it at max setting. Because it is a simple fan system, what we were saying is that there can't be any settings for more or less cold, but more or less fan speed.
