The shadowline trim for the 650i wasn't available for the 2012 US spec cars - with or without the M Sport package. It wasn't anywhere on the BYO site, but a few people were able to push their dealers to get it added as a special order option. That might be an option for some of the features, like the frozen paints. BMW has very screwy regulations, so you might just have to push on the dealer and hope for the best.
