I assume you have confirmed the center bore hole size is the same? So just looking at your wheel on the left, it is one inch wider, which means it will sit 1/2" closer to your suspension parts (1" wider, but 1/2" on each side of the wheel centerline). But its offset is only 4mm less, or about 1/6th of an inch, so the lesser offset will only compensate for part of the increased width. In total, the new setup will sit about 3/8" closer to your suspension. I assume that will be fine, but look under there and see how close your tire is now. Otherwise, you'd need thin spacers. The other wheel is pretty much the same difference.
