They (the auto writers that is) say the GC has the best steering/handling of the entire lot (5-series, 6-series 2 door, and GC) and that applies to the M versions as well (MGC>M6>M5).

So while I fully agree that the GC should not be called a focused sports car, I disagree that the steering is loose, at least not on the one I drove. Not perfect mind you (something about this 5-series based chassis), but way better than the 550xi/535xi.

and yes "BMW's used to be way more sporty". Kind of sad.
