Yes, I believe they are. As neurotic as I am about things usually, I actually didn't even look at the sizes. My buddy is a big M guy as well and when we fitted his on the car I just had him order them and threw them on-lol! I am sure the are the same. Perhaps a minor offset change as the stance is a bit wider then the 343s.
